Site specific Master Plan and Concept Business Plan for the development of surplus land associated with the Parish and two Diocesan Schools. The concept seeks to create a multi-generational ‘MacKillop’ community inclusive of Seniors Living and Aged Care accommodation, new permanent Church and Parish facilities, Community facilities and local businesses. These, in combination will allow for a permanent heart for the community as well as expanded income streams to ensure viability of the project and the ongoing Parish operations.
